Pottery Studio: Jennifer Joyce's Pico Boulevard studio provides a relaxing haven for artists and non-artists of all skill levels to disappear into a quiet, non-threatening environment and work with clay. There is a playfulness to working with clay, and that feeling is fostered and encouraged in the studio. |

Jennifer JoyceJoyce's work brings together her unique artistic background in dance, archeology, and photography, with inspiration taken from nature and the human figure. Formerly a principal dancer for the Ministerio de Cultura modern dance troupe in Costa Rica, Joyce spent later years doing archaeological research and illustration at UCLA, combined with personal explorations in photography.

The Jennifer Joyce gallery shows work by Jennifer and a number of guest artists. Work ranges from functional pottery to sculptural ceramics, and gallery events are open to the public. Open house receptions featuring new artists are held every two months on the first weekend of the month. Check the events calendar for the next scheduled opening.
